Warranty

Generally, we guarantee one year for our motorcycle,scooter,ATV and dirt bike. We provide limited warranty on manufacturer defective parts on our products. This warranty does not cover any labor cost.
The following parts are covered under this warranty along with their warranted period from the date of arrive to you.

Engine/Transmission/Carburetor..........one year
Electrical Components/Wiring............six months

This warranty does not cover consumable and normal wear parts (including body panel, upholstered seat , bumper, air filters, brake pads, tires , etc), or damage due to lack of scheduled maintenance, or accident, act of God, misuse or consumer abuse. Modifications to this vehicle that are not VELIGROUP approved parts will void the warranty. Defective parts maybe requested to return for replacement at your expense. (In some case, we may only ask you to take photos of the parts), Once warranty claim approved, we shall send out the replacement parts within 15 business days by courier or air at our expense.

Service

If you need any spare parts at any time urgently, we shall send to you by courier or air at your expense within 10 days.

In some case, maybe we shall send these spare parts after sold together with your next shipment as you require.

We can send spare parts catalogue for each model after our client make the order. Our dealer and customer can purchase any spare parts for our any products at any time. We shall send these spare parts within 10 days after we receive the order.
